(Orange County, CA) – Dr. Alexandria Coronado, candidate for the 65th Assembly District, has received the official endorsement from the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC. This important endorsement attests her character as a strong taxpayer advocate and fiscal conservative.
“We appreciate Dr. Coronado’s resilient and consistent support of Proposition 13 and her excellent service to taxpayers. Now, more than ever, we need fiscal conservatives who will fight for economic development, job growth, and the reduction of unnecessary government regulations, ”stated Jon Coupal, Chairman of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers PAC.
“I am beyond thrilled to have the HJTPA PAC behind me in this race,” said, Dr. Coronado. “I’m running for Assembly because I want to serve the citizens of the 65th district in the way government was intended. In the State Legislature, I will continue to fight for our residents’ rights, including protection from over-taxation.”
This strong endorsement follows that of Asm. Matthew Harper, State Sen. John Moorlach, the O.C. Republican Party, Congressman Rohrabacher, and former Asm. Young Kim. Dr. Coronado is the former President of the O.C. Board of Education and a current O.C. Commissioner. She served as Treasurer for the University of Southern California’s Thornton Alumni Association. As a former Member of the Council of Urban Boards of Education Board of Directors, Dr. Coronado is committed to providing opportunities for the future of California’s 65th District.
